Let’s Yoga


With over two decades of dedicated practice, yoga has evolved from a mere physical exercise regimen into a profound journey of mindfulness and spirituality for me. This transformative shift in perception occurred in my mid-twenties, marking the transition from a purely physical engagement to a profound exploration of mind-body integration and self-discovery.

In spring 2020, I attained my 200-hour yoga teaching certification, embarking on a journey to share my passion and knowledge with others. While I offer a diverse array of yoga styles ranging from restorative to vigorous hot/power practices, my teaching ethos remains consistently infused with fervor and authenticity.

My primary intention as a yoga instructor is to facilitate a holistic connection encompassing mind, body, and spirit for each of my students. Central to my approach is the cultivation of mindfulness through the unification of breath and movement. By fostering an environment of heightened self-awareness, I empower individuals to navigate the dynamic facets of their human experience.

My offerings span corporate yoga sessions, private instruction tailored to individual needs, and yoga experiences curated for events. The spectrum of yoga styles I teach includes beginner-friendly practices, gentle approaches suitable for all levels, yin and restorative modalities fostering deep relaxation, yoga nidra for profound rejuvenation, as well as invigorating hot and power sequences.
